Holi symbolizes renewal, the triumph of good over evil, and the celebration of love and unity, and it it is marked by throwing vibrant colored powders, dancing to festive music, and enjoying communal feasts with family and friends.

UPenn Museum is hosting a day filled with traditional storytelling, colorful art-making, dynamic live music, and captivating dance performances. During Ramadan, Muslims around the world fast from dawn to sunset. Iftar is the name of the meal that breaks the fast at the end of the day, and it is a time of community bonding and celebration.
IHP is hosting this Intercultural Iftar in Old City at Arch Street Meeting House to bring together students and scholars from around the world who call Philly home, and to share this special tradition with Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
